Return, Refund and Exchange

Return Policy
  1. If you find the items you have ordered are damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service at within 2 working days from the date you receive the product with supporting evidence and order number. Any reimbursement is subject to our discretion.
  2. If you find any product missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service at within 2 working days from the date you receive the product.
  3. If you had triggered sensitive skin after using our product, you may return the item(s) to us or request for an exchange within 30 days starting from the day of you receive the products with sufficient photographic evidence and/or supporting documentation.
  4. The customer is to bear all costs of delivery for the return of items until it has been successfully delivered back to us.
  5. If you purchase dePuryl products from third parties or other unauthorised sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our return/exchange or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
  6. If a gift with purchase (GWP) was included with the order, please send back the gift with purchase item along with the returned item. We will not refund an order unless all items including gifts are returned as well.
  7. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Refund Policy
Once we received back our product , refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 - 14 working days upon refund confirmation, duration may vary depending on bank processing time.

Exchange Policy
As an alternative, we are pleased to offer product(s) exchange with another product of the same value or smaller value within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Cancellation of Order
We regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated every detail and information before you proceed with payment.

Please note that dePuryl reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory conditions or the terms above are not met.
