Return, Refund and Exchange

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or missing upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service at depuryl.skincare@gmail.com within 2 working days from the date you receive the product. Kindly include your order number and supporting evidence (e.g. photos of the damaged item or packaging).

Once verified, damaged or missing items will be resolved via replacement or exchange. For items received damaged or defective, return of the original product may be waived at our discretion — our team will advise accordingly upon reviewing your case.


Returns & Exchanges

With the exception of items damaged or missing upon delivery, we are unable to accept requests for refunds or exchanges under any other circumstances. In cases involving adverse skin reactions, a valid medical certificate issued by a registered healthcare professional is required, and any such request will be reviewed at our discretion.

We are unable to accept opened items, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

If you purchase dePuryl products from third-party sellers or unauthorised sources, we regret that we are unable to assist with returns, exchanges, or any related concerns.


Gift with Purchase (GWP)

If a gift with purchase was included in your order, please return it together with the product. We are unable to process a refund or exchange unless all items, including gifts, are returned. In cases of damaged or defective products, the return of GWP items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact our Customer Service at depuryl.skincare@gmail.com or +610-8498195 within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and the product you would like to exchange for.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with confirmation and further instructions.
  3. Once approved, please ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items where dePuryl will arrange or cover return shipping where applicable.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 working days.
  5. You will be notified with a tracking number once your replacement has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

In approved cases, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 working days upon confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.


Exchange Policy

As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value, within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.


Please note that dePuryl reserves the right to make the final decision if a returned product is received in unsatisfactory condition or if the terms above are not met.
