What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf-life ranges by product. Best before end date is stated on the bottom of the bottle while the period after opening is labeled on our products’ packaging. We recommend to use the products by the indicated date for better result.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our products do not contain harmful chemicals such as artificial fragrance, alcohol, paraben, etc. Besides, our core ingredient, organic extra virgin coconut oil, has an anti-bacterial and anti-allergic effect, which helps to kill germs and repair sensitive skin. Thus, sensitive skin can use our products without worrying.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or nursing?
Yes, our products have been formulated to the highest standards of safety and use ingredients that are considered safe for pregnant or nursing mothers. However, we recommend you to seek consultation from a doctor before using it.
How long does it take to see results from your products?
Generally, the result depends on your skin absorption, lifestyle and diet. Nevertheless, we ensured that our ingredients are naturally derived and we do not contain any harmful chemical ingredients.
Can I mix multiple brands of products together?
Yes, the most important thing in skincare is to follow the right skincare steps, hence you can use skincare products from different brands together. However, avoid layering too much products on your skin because it can cause irritation and leave no effects.
Orders and Payments
Can I cancel my order?
We regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated every detail and information before you proceed with payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept online banking, manual transfer, cash on delivery, Visa, Touch N Go, PayPal, and Atome.
Shipping and Delivery
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the track shipment in your Order History under MY ACCOUNT page. You can also track your order through the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders usually take 2 to 3 business days for West Malaysia and 5 to 7 business days for East Malaysia. Please note that the actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
Does dePuryl ship internationally?
We currently accept orders only from Malaysia and Singapore. We apologize for not being able to process and ship orders to destinations outside of these two countries.

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?
We are sorry if you do not love our products. However, we only accept returns if product is not suitable for your skin, for example, you have experienced an allergic reaction with our product. (Please provide sufficient photographic evidence(s) and/or supporting documentation.)
How long do I have to make a return?
You may return the product in its original condition to us within 30 days from the date of receiving.
Can I exchange the product?
We will happily exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value, if the product is unopened within 30 days from the date of receiving. To exchange for product with greater value, you will have to compensate the price difference.
